Some of them are based on achievements and how people feel about them. Others are based on popularity or material acquisitions. Some such as having the respect of intelligent people, not being frustrated, being happy, finishing a project, not having stress, are some of the definitions that grab my attention. Others say that it is a mixture of elements and others that is the balance between them.</p><img width="760" height="399" src="https://leadinforce.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/ENG05042021-760x399.png" class="featured-image wp-post-image" alt="success" srcset="https://leadinforce.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/ENG05042021-760x399.png 760w, https://leadinforce.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/ENG05042021-300x158.png 300w, https://leadinforce.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/ENG05042021-1024x538.png 1024w, https://leadinforce.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/ENG05042021-768x403.png 768w, https://leadinforce.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/ENG05042021-518x272.png 518w, https://leadinforce.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/ENG05042021-82x43.png 82w, https://leadinforce.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/ENG05042021-600x315.png 600w, https://leadinforce.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/ENG05042021-650x341.png 650w, https://leadinforce.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/ENG05042021.png 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 760px) 100vw, 760px" />
<p>Let&#8217;s see why we should not generalize the definition of success and what steps you can take to define your personal success.<br />
<span id="more-1323"></span></p>
<p style="text-align:center"><a href="https://youtu.be/QvaE1IR0IkQ" class="primarybutton " target="_blank">Watch Video</a></p>
<p>It seems that success is different for each one of us. Furthermore, I was reading the definition of success of some very successful men and women that changed the course of humanity and that I deeply admire. In brief, none of these definitions resemble the other.</p>
<p>Thus, your definition of success is a reflection of the vision of what you want to achieve. I totally agree with Stephen Covey, an American educator, when he says that success is a very personal definition.</p>
<p>Therefore, if there isn’t any clear vision and why a goal will be achieved, how can we define success?</p>
<p>If you would like to reach success, I suggest you do this exercise:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>First</strong>, be clear about what you want to achieve. Choose an important area of your life, such as relationships, professional, finances, or health, and establish what you want to achieve and why. Having the answer of the ‘What’ and the ‘Why’ will give you clarity on your vision. Thus, your definition of success will make more sense and will be unique and exclusive.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Second</strong>, define success based on what you want to achieve and why. In other words, every time you are closer to your unique and personal goal or reach it, this is success for you.</p>

						<td style="font-size:30px;font-family:'Helvetica Neue',Helvetica,sans-serif;font-weight:100;line-height:1.2em;color:#707070" class="getnoticed_shareable_tweet">
							Success is a very personal definition.<p style="text-align:right;font-weight:bold;font-size:20px;color:#3eaadd;margin:5px 0" class="getnoticed_shareable_cite">&mdash; STEPHEN COVEY</p>
						</td>
					</tr>
				</table>

<p>This exercise is the first step of the action plan that will take you to success; if you want to achieve your goals you must start with the end in mind.<br />
Knowing where you are going and why you want to go in that direction is the first and safest step to success.</p>
<div style="background-color:#eeeeee;border:1px solid #D6D6D6;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:15px;line-height:20px;margin:8px 0 20px;padding:15px 20px;">You must be able to visualize what you want to achieve and be able to describe it with great accuracy. In the same way, it is essential to know the &#8220;why&#8221; you want to achieve your goal. The why is what keeps your energy and your passion. It keeps you focused and committed, determined not to stop despite challenges or circumstances.</div>
<p>I know that it can be very overwhelming when you have a desire to achieve a goal, but do not have an action plan to execute daily. This is why I created the program: <a href="https://leadinforce-academy.com/p/successplanning" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>ACCELERATE THE ACHIEVEMENT OF YOUR GOALS</strong></a> with <strong>THE 8 ELEMENTS THAT EVERY SUCCESSFUL PLAN MUST HAVE</strong>.</p>
