How does EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACHING works?
- Start with a complimentary coaching consultation.
- Then we will set up a 45 to 60 minutes 1 on1 call to agree on the terms of the alliance that will be established.
- According to programs, terms and schedule agreed we will commit to a 55 to 90 minute 1 on 1 call per week or bi-weekly.
- Unlimited email/text support.
The program range between six (6) to twelve (12) months or more in duration and may involve these components:
Global Leadership Assessment: a 360 degrees multi-rater assessment that helps leaders rate five given stages and ten behaviors, which will give them an insight on their strengths as well as on developmental opportunities. This online assessment is designed for individuals in leadership roles with cross-boundary responsibilities.
Leadership Assessment: The Leadership Assessment helps leaders improve their leadership intelligence and become effective 360 degrees leaders. This comprehensive evaluation of an individual’s leadership is based on the teachings of John C. Maxwell.
Communication to Succeed: mentorship and coaching program to help you identify your strengths and weaknesses to better connect with others; as well as improve the way you relate to others in order to increase your influence level on them
