Chief Executive Officer
Liana is the Founder and CEO of Leadinforce LLC, an organization dedicated to help individuals, teams, and organizations build global success. She also helps them to find clarity in their purpose, priorities, and goals so that by focusing on their strengths and working on a unique strategy they reach their full potential and achieve their goals successfully. César A. Trabal
Chief Technology Officer
César consolidates our technology platforms and creates plans for each application. He develops and maintains our web and mobile applications and designs and implements solutions to improve application performance, stability, and user experience. His professional background is business administration and technology. César is a platform developer and integration expert, with many years of experience in the design, programming, and implementation of software applications. Originally from Puerto Rico, he currently lives with his family in Florida, USA.
Strengths: Supportive, reliable, patient, imaginative, observant, enthusiastic, loyal, and hard-working, with good practical skills.
Hobbies: Travel, movies, and baseball.
Marissa Arias
Chief Content & Linguistic Officer
Marissa is responsible to overview the linguistics and grammar -in both English and Spanish- of all content in our blog, webpage, campaigns, and marketing. She makes sure of the correct and adequate use of linguistics, modems, and grammar both in English and Spanish. She guarantees the level of excellence in our content. Her professional background is in Public Relations; she is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. She has many years of experience in Diplomacy and Local Government. She is currently an Entrepreneur and Developer of a Global Network. She is also the Chief Content & Linguistics Officer for the organization “Liderazgo Hispanoamericano”. Marissa lived in the United States for 20 years and is currently living in San José, Costa Rica, her homeland.

Hobbies: Dance tango, salsa, bachata, and merengue, go to the gym, learn about natural medicine, healthy eating, and personal development, cooking, Bollywood, Greek culture, and cultures in general.

Kimberly Belalcazar
Kimberly oversees the development and launching of multiple social media campaigns across various channels for a wide range of segments. She monitors post design and engagement based on our marketing campaigns. She is a reader and a writer and has been involved in social media channels for more than 10 years. Kimberly is an expert in social media culture and trends as well as the content. Originally from California, presently living in Louisiana, USA.
