There are no exceptions, all of us are leaders. Our leadership is not conditioned to title, position, power or knowledge.
You are a leader because you were born with the power to influence and leadership is an influence.
Regardless of whether you are aware of it or not, or that you intentionally influence in order to achieve a goal, in particular, you are influencing everything and everyone around you. The most notable part is that you are influencing yourself.
Achieving success is possible; but, requires an action plan where you can find the answers to why? How? When? Where? With whom? With what resources?
The first step in an action plan is to have a clear idea of what you want and why you want it. If you want to achieve it you must start with the end in mind: your OBJECTIVE.
Having a clear vision of where you are going is essential, otherwise, you will be walking aimlessly with busy days (probably) but without priorities or results.
