REACH YOUR GOAL ONE STEP AT THE TIME

Success: The Sum of Small Efforts

One of the most important lessons my mentors helped me understand is that the hardest person to lead while achieving my goals is myself. With the desire to make more efficient decisions, increase control of resources, and take responsibility for my personal and professional growth, I began to improve my ability of self-leadership.

I invite you to examine how you can improve your ability to lead yourself, how it will help you get closer to your goal daily, and how to increase your intentionality to achieve it.

Through my efforts to self-lead daily, I understood that it is not easy, but rather a difficult task.

Obviously, to achieve our goals we need to be clear about what we want and require a personal and practical plan that we can execute. There is no success without action and there is no progress without a plan.

As one of my mentors, Dr. John C. Maxwell, points out so well: the secret to success is determined by your daily agenda Today’s success becomes tomorrow’s success. The sum of successful days will lead you to a successful life. The problem is that it is believed that success is a destination and not a path that is traveled daily.

To improve your ability to lead yourself, we can work on these 3 areas:

  • Daily observation. One of the areas that regularly needs attention is to consistently examine what is planned and what is done. Examine your schedule daily to adjust it according to your ability to achieve.
  • Increase your intentionality. In other words, consciously influence your own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to improve your ability to lead yourself to achieve the goals you have set for yourself. Take control of your resources, maintain self-control, and govern what you think, say, and do.
  • Correct attitude. It is not possible to reach a goal surrounded by negativity. You need to foster a positive mind. Observe what or who around you maintains negativity in your life and distance yourself.
As experts on the subject indicate, self-leadership has a lot to do with self-discipline. For us to move from good intentions to good actions, it is necessary to have discipline. Remember that successful people do daily, what unsuccessful people do only occasionally.

I know that it can be very overwhelming when you desire to achieve a goal, but do not have an action plan to execute daily.

This is why I created a guide with THE 8 ELEMENTS THAT EVERY SUCCESSFUL PLAN MUST HAVE as a resource to help make it a bit easier, for those working towards their goals and really wanting to make it happen. Additionally, we have created a Workbook designed exclusively for you to develop the written plan of success. However, that is not all, we have designed the LEADINFORCE AGENDA, created exclusively to increase your intentionality; and we have it for you as a gift.
