There are many definitions of success, but only you know yours. Let’s clarify that no one can give you a personal definition of success. You are the only one who really knows your dream and what makes you feel like you’ve achieved success.

The definition of success is unique. For example, for some, it relates to the number of material things and money they have; for others, it’s how famous they are, and for others, it could just be the number of employees they have or their relationship with them. If you don’t have your definition of success, it’s time to enrich your perspective and create your definition.

Let’s begin to contemplate the idea that success is not just a goal that is achieved, but it is also a journey that we take.

As many have said, a goal is a dream with a date. As I like to say, a goal is rather a dream with a plan. Yes, a plan. For years, I have researched, studied, and applied the science of achievement, and trust me, a plan is what allows you to materialize your dreams.

I could share several significant goals with you that I have achieved thanks to having a plan, but the truth is that I could tell you even more, which, due to lack of planning, I did not achieve. That is why I prefer to share a practical way to have a plan with you and help make your dream a reality in your life.

Achieving success is possible, even more so, feeling successful in the journey of achievement, but achieving it requires that you have a clear goal and build an action plan where you can find the answers to: Why? How? When? Where? with Whom? And with What resources?

The first step in an action plan is to have a clear idea of what you want and why you want it. If you wish to achieve it, you must start with the end in mind. You need to visualize what will make you successful and how success looks for you.

Having a clear vision of where you are going is essential; otherwise, you will be walking aimlessly on busy days (probably) but without priorities or results. Additionally, you must visualize it and be able to describe it with great clarity and accuracy.

In the same way, it is essential to know the “why” you want to achieve your goal. The “why” gives you energy and passion. It keeps you focused and committed, determined not to stop despite challenges or circumstances. Beyond question, you will need your “why” several times throughout the execution of your plan to succeed.

I know that it can be pretty overwhelming when you desire to achieve a goal but do not have an action plan to execute daily.

This is why I created a guide with THE 8 ELEMENTS THAT EVERY SUCCESSFUL PLAN MUST HAVE as a resource for those working towards their goals and really wanting to make them happen.
