At the beginning of each New Year, there is always a list of goals that people want to achieve at a personal and corporate level. Some of these goals, each and every year, are part of the year-end list. Unfortunately, some do not reach the second month and by the middle of the year, others have been completely forgotten. Why are goals not being achieved?
The statistics are not very encouraging. In a study done by Stanton University, it was concluded that 92% of people do not reach their goals. The figures for this study even show that some goals do not even reach the first week. For more information click the following link: http://www.statisticbrain.com/new-years-resolution-statistics/
The question is: what happens with that small percentage of people who actually reach their goals? What do they do differently that allows them to achieve their goals?
There are several fundamental points that could answer this question, however, I consider that the most important elements that are intentionally used by those who successfully achieve their goals are basically three:
- Clear and well-defined priorities
- An action plan that guides them to reach their goals
- A high level of influence that allows them to transform everything around them, including themselves.
So let’s not focus on the goals that we have not reached. It has happened to many people at some point in their lives that they just simply have forgotten about their goals for one reason or another.
Keep your focus on the elements that the small percentage of achievers develops and applies daily. If you have achieved a goal, this is an indication that you can achieve others. If it really is your dream, remember that you are the only one who will be able to achieve it.
I know that it can be very overwhelming when you have a desire to achieve a goal, but do not have an action plan to execute daily. This is why I created the program: IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SUCCESS IN 2018: yes, you can make it happen, with THE 8 ELEMENTS THAT EVERY SUCCESSFUL PLAN MUST HAVE.
